All content created by Gary Diekow, referred to as MYRM throughout this disclaimer, including but not limited to videography, photography, and artwork (collectively, the "Content"), is the exclusive property of MYRM. In instances where services are provided at a discounted rate, MYRM retains ownership rights of the social media platforms or websites that were originated and developed for the client as partial compensation for the services rendered.

In the event that the client terminates or ceases to work with MYRM, the transfer of ownership of the Platforms to the client shall require additional compensation. The amount of compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to the performance and value of the brand and the scope of the work performed.

Clients who compensate MYRM at standard rates will retain full control and ownership of the Platforms from the outset and will have non-exclusive rights to the Content created for them.

This disclaimer ensures that MYRM receives fair compensation for the services provided while offering flexibility to clients based on their specific budget and needs.
